Description

Triphala is a combination of three medicinal herbs widely used in the Indian medical tradition. The plants used for its production, all native to the East, are Amla (Emblica officinalis), Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica) and Haritaki (Terminalia chebula). In Ayurvedic medicine, Triphala is used to prevent the onset of various diseases and in particular those related to the digestive, circulatory and respiratory systems.
